We are part of the broader Greenstaff Medical Nursing Agency who provide healthcare staff throughout Australia.
We are currently seeking Support Workers for Personal Care & Community Access support
Job Type: Casual
Salary: From $35.71 per hour
Our client's request is for a female support worker
- Assistance with personal care routine
- Occasional weekend outings
- Occasional Domestic assistance (cleaning duties)
- Community Access for shopping and medical appointments
- Keep accurate records and complete progress notes
- Work within the 7 Elements of the NDIS Code of Conduct

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Cert. III in Disability or similarIndustry Disability Experience
- Ability to follow and understand participants support plans
- A person-centred care and support approach
- Flexible availability & a long-term commitment to Greenstaff HomeCare
Registration Requirements:
- The right to work in Australia
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC) (or willingness to obtain)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completed the on-line NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety & You’ and NDIS New Worker Induction Module
- Proof of all mandatory vaccinations
- Two professional referencesComputer literacy and access to internet/emails/smart phone
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR training
