Beyond my professional life, I am an avid lover of nature. In my spare time, you’ll often find me swimming in the ocean, camping under the stars with my family (including my three wonderful sons), stargazing, or bird watching. These activities not only rejuvenate me but also inspire my approach to holistic and empathetic care, reminding me of the beauty and interconnectedness of life.

With 8 years of professional experience across various industries such as healthcare insurance and revenue collection, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my current role in homecare. Over the past two years, I have been dedicated to working directly with NDIS participants and support workers, ensuring that the needs and requirements of our participants are met with the highest standards of care. 

My responsibilities include rostering, client management, and business development, all aimed at providing comprehensive support to our clients. Outside of work, I am passionate about photography and enjoy capturing moments through my lens. This hobby not only allows me to express my creativity but also helps me approach my work with a fresh perspective and attention to detail.

I'm a dynamic force in the healthcare recruitment and coordination world. With nearly nine months of dedicated service in the industry, I chose this path with a keen understanding of the critical role healthcare plays in our lives, especially in the post-COVID era. 

My journey began in recruitment, where I excelled in interviewing and onboarding healthcare workers to support our NDIS participants. My talent and versatility quickly led to a role re-deployment into care coordination. Now, I masterfully manage shift allocations, ensure healthcare worker compliance, and facilitate seamless communication between clients and workers. 

Outside of work, I'm a true Renaissance man. I'm a passionate sportsman, a talented musician, a skilled photographer, an adventurist, and a travel enthusiast. I bring the same energy and enthusiasm to my personal interests as I do to my professional responsibilities. 

With five years of experience as a seasoned recruiter specialising in IT, healthcare, and non-IT recruitment, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for identifying top talent. My deep understanding of industry nuances enables me to connect organisations with the skilled professionals they need to thrive. With over a decade immersed in Disability and Healthcare, my journey spans a spectrum of roles, from offering sage advice on healthcare gear to orchestrating dynamic support worker teams. As a Client Experience Team Leader , I thrive on infusing a dash of fun into our collaborative efforts to ensure a seamless and enjoyable care experience. Beyond the professional hustle, hockey reignites my passion after a two-decade hiatus, providing the perfect balance to the demands of parenting two spirited teenagers. And let's not forget my lockdown companions - two furry friends who bring endless joy to my life. Balancing health-conscious choices with occasional culinary indulgences, I believe in savoring life's pleasures while staying grounded in wellness. Meeting new people, delving into their stories, and sharing moments of levity, that’s where the magic happens. 

Before joining the team at Greenstaff, I worked as a Support Worker in both HomeCare and Aged Care settings. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of the lived experiences of those I work with, as well as the joy of helping individuals achieve their goals. In my role as a Care Coordinator, I aim to bring this understanding of what it takes to deliver great care, working closely with both participants and Support Workers to create ongoing and meaningful connections. 

I have since moved into a Business Development role, where I continue to leverage my hands-on experience to foster strong relationships and drive growth for Greenstaff Homecare. 

Beyond my professional life, I have a diverse range of interests that keep me balanced and inspired. I enjoy playing drums and making music, which allows me to express my creativity and unwind. Practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu helps me stay both mentally and physically sharp, while spending time at home with my wife Emma and our fur family is my idea of a perfect day.
